  • How early should I book hair and makeup?

Most of our clients book us on average from 8 months- 1.5 years before their event to get their top pick of artist. If you're later than that- it's ok, it's still worth inquiring!

  • Does TBM only work weddings?

Absolutely not! Although that is what TBM is known for most, our primary artists also have extensive experience on set! We have long term regular clientele for photo/video productions such as GK Elite Sportswear, Dolfin Swimwear, Men's & Women's Health, & URBN brands. We also have experience on feature films, boudoir, or lifestyle shoots!

  • Will my hair and makeup last all night?

We do everything do everything possible to have your hair and makeup lasts through the after party. Of course there are some things we cannot control (like the weather), but we do our best with what we are given. However- it is a mutual effort! We provide helpful prep instructions for every client, to keep everything looking gorgeous from first look, through the after party. 

  • What kind of products do you use?

Our artists use all professional brands, some choose a mix of cruelty free, high-end, some hypoallergenic, but all hand pick their own kits for the best performance. If you have any sensitivities, please note in your inquiry & we always do our best to accommodate all clients!

  • Do you work on location & are there added travel fees?

All of our jobs are on-location of the client's choice. We host all preview/trial appointments at our studios. Travel fees vary based on location, but we include the first 20 miles FREE!

  • How long does it take for hair and makeup services to be performed?

-Bridal services: ~50-75 mins each depending on request

-Bridesmaids & other events: ~30–50 min each depending on request
We work in additional cushion time for touch ups at the very end, but we prefer not to assign individual time slots per service, yet rather line up the services per artist for the entire duration.

  • Do you work with larger groups?

We offer services for one person, all the way to any size group, including barbering services! Our largest group to date has included over 58 services!
